Our Fitness Center Center is equipped with the essentials for strength and conditioning.

For strength and power training we have 4 lifting stations with plenty of bars, bumper plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and plyo boxes.

Our energy system or cardiorepiratory/vascular development comes from circuit training, jump rope, running, sled work and rowing.

About Us

Our FitCON classes are designed for the individual. The acute variables of each training session are adjusted to match your goals, age, experience level, and lifestyle.

We do foam rolling, mobility, muscle activation, strength and conditioning in each class. For optimal fitness and health we recommend that clients exercise 5 hours a week and get at least 1 massage a month.
